Inviting Members

Invite team members to your organization and manage pending invitations.

Sending an invitation

  1. Navigate to Members in the sidebar
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
  4. Select a role (Admin or Member)
  5. Click Send Invitation

The invitee receives an email with a link to join your team. If they do not have a CVEium CIS account, they will be prompted to create one.

Invitation flow

  1. You send an invitation email
  2. The recipient clicks the invitation link
  3. If they are not signed in, they sign up or log in
  4. They accept the invitation
  5. They gain access to the team workspace with the assigned role

Managing pending invitations

Pending invitations appear in the Members page. You can:

  • View pending invitations and their sent date
  • Revoke an invitation before it is accepted

Who can invite members

  • Owners can invite members and assign any role
  • Admins can invite members and assign Member or Admin roles
  • Members cannot send invitations

The maximum number of team members depends on your subscription plan:
