Managing Your Subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your CVEium CIS subscription.

Accessing billing settings

  1. Navigate to Billing in the sidebar
  2. You will see your current plan, usage summary, and billing actions

Only team Owners can manage billing and subscription settings.

Upgrading your plan

  1. Go to the Billing page
  2. Click Upgrade or Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan tier
  4. Choose monthly or annual billing
  5. Complete payment through Stripe

Your new limits take effect immediately after payment is processed.

Downgrading your plan

  1. Go to the Billing page
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower plan tier
  4. Confirm the change

When downgrading, your current usage may exceed the new plan's limits. You will have a grace period to reduce usage. If you do not reduce usage within the grace period, you will be unable to create new resources that exceed the limits.

Canceling your subscription

  1. Go to the Billing page
  2. Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal
  3. Select Cancel Plan
  4. Confirm the cancellation

After cancellation:

  • Your plan continues until the end of the current billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
  • All your data is preserved — nothing is deleted
  • You retain read access to all products, releases, and disclosures

Payment methods

Payment is handled through Stripe. You can:

  • Add or update credit card information
  • View payment history and invoices
  • Download invoices for accounting

Invoices

Access your billing history and download invoices through the Stripe Customer Portal:

  1. Go to the Billing page
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. In the Stripe portal, navigate to billing history
  4. Download individual invoices as PDF
